Return and Complaint Policy

At AMBIKA INDIAN STORE, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you have any issues with the products received or wish to return them, please follow our return and complaint procedures outlined below:

1. Returns:

   • You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason, as per the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

   • To initiate a return, please contact us via email at sklep@ambikaindianhouse.com. Returned goods should be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

   • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.

2. Complaints:

   • If the delivered goods are damaged or not in accordance with your order, you have the right to file a complaint within 1 year from the date of purchase.

   • All complaints should be sent to the following address:

   • Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours of submission, and the complaint will be processed within 14 days. If accepted, we will either replace the item or provide a refund. If the complaint is not accepted, the item will be returned to you at our expense.

Shipping Policy

We use DPD as our courier for all deliveries within Poland. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
